Let's talk about the weekends! How to survive the temptations of the food lurking about you. It is so hard for me to not over eat on the weekends - I'm just out of my normal routine it seems and I just don't know what to do with myself. So I how can I handle the temptations of over eating?
You need to keep going with your healthy eating habits that you have established over the months or your weight will come back. Remember it's your new way or life (a new YOU!)....and you never want to go backwards always forward. Strive for the best that you can be and go beyond all your hearts desires. It's all about how you feel about yourself! Confidence never feels so good when you are in control. Be Confident in yourself - YOU can do it! I did!

I just got through
eating my dinner which consist of 1 1/2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches,
chips and a diet Dr. Pepper and my husband pipes up and says "Get on your laptop
dear and look up your website on your diet and tell me if peanut butter and
jelly sandwiches are included on your diet."
Ugh!
So of course I have to
address that - so here is the scoop!
YES! you can have peanut butter and jelly
sandwiches and chips for dinner.
HERE'S THE BREAKDOWN
3 slices of bread 50 calories
each = 150 calories
2 Tbsp of better butter Jif smooth = 190 calories
1 Tbsp of Sugar Free Blackberry Jam = 10 calories
30 Fat Free Lays ruffle
chips = 160 calories
Diet Dr. Pepper = 0 calories
TOTAL COUNT OF CALORIES EATEN = 510
Now was that so bad for an enjoyable indulgence of

It's been really difficult for me to stick to my dieting lately. With holidays and vacation schedules.....I just can't hardly keep on track. So now I have to make a new pack with myself to stay focused on what I should be eating and what to eat.

- Don't ever go back to stocking your pantry with those goodies such as chips, crackers, or snacks (trash!)....
- Keep your refrigerator full of the fresh fruits and veggies you can.
- Have them prepared to eat - readily available keeps the temptations away.
- If you go out to eat on the weekends - eat sensible - grilled chicken and steamed veggies - side salad - stay away from the breads. Don't even let the server bring them to your table to tempt you.
- Think you need a cooler? Try drinking diet sprint with a spritz of lime or lemon on ice. Or stick with iced tea. Stay away from the wine or you'll be whining within a few weeks about that weight coming back
