Jul 17, 2011 Weight: 130 lb BMI: 24.6 NORMAL WEIGHT
Aug 20, 2011 Weight: 128 lb BMI: 24.2 NORMAL WEIGHT
Aug 31, 2011 – Total Weight loss to date 40lbs Weight: 128 lb BMI: 24.2 NORMAL WEIGHT
Oct 1, 2011 - Weight @ 124 lb ..... holding below 130 since July - this was my actual goal is to hold at 130 and not go over.
Oct 15, 2011 - Weight @ 125 lb
November 20, 2011 - Weight @ 124 - BMI 23.43 (BMI 18.5 - 24.9 = NORMAL) ~ I always wondered what Normal was......so I'm I normal person now?
December 25, 2011 - Weight @ 127 lb - Made it through the Holidays! Yeah!
Latest Weigh-in - Rheumy visit Thursday April 5, 2012 - 129 (still hanging in there) now please remember that this was at 4:00 in the evening with all clothes on with the exception of my shoes off. Now don't we all usually weigh-in the first thing in the morning with just our skivvies on?
June 2, 2012 - Weigh-in @ 132 (weekends are getting to me too!)
July 5, 2012 - I hate vacations, holidays and weekends - 134 (not really) - I just have a harder time eating right and maintaining my original weight loss.
August 12, 2012 - 134 lb Dr. Tulloch office visit.
October 13, 2012 - 136 lb. Holding on....
November 16, 2012 - 135 lb.
(It's been over 6 months since I track my weight and look where it's gotten me .....................

Last weigh-in at doctor's office 142 - not good (will get back on my diet before I completely fail at my desired weight loss. It's never too late to start a new day and today I'm making that committment once again). THIS ISN'T WHAT I WANT TO WEIGH!
It's been over two and a half years now and my weight has stayed at a desirable amount although I note that this time last year I was 8 pounds lighter. Wow!
What happened?
Time to re-focus before it gets out of hand.
"All the trips that I made this year hasn't helped on me keeping on track with my goal weight. Being on vacation and out of town doesn't give you free reign to eat as you please - I need to remember to practice what I preach!"
NOW I'VE REALLY DONE IT!
