DID YOU MAKE IT THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS WITHOUT SABOTAGING YOUR WEIGHT LOSS?
I managed to make it through without going over 130 during the holidays. But I must say it was difficult stopping the good bad stuff from being shoveled in.
I loved the days of sweets, turkey and dressing and oh the rolls they were Great! .......I was rolling around after eating all that.
Ok enough of the eating!
So I hope you all did as well as you could. Now get back to where you left off.
Day one at a time - starting tomorrow - the day after!

Ok starting back on your diet isn't that hard to do. Do you have your pantry and cabinets all cleaned out of the good bad stuff? If not do it TONIGHT! Go on......go get rid of all those sweets, snacks, casseroles, etc. You can keep the turkey.
Now when tomorrow morning gets here after waking from your beauty rest get out of bed with the right attitude and plan on eating the right way all over again. Back to square one - yogurt and banana for breakfast, no snack between breakfast and lunch - lunch grilled chicken salad with lots of fresh veggies drizzled with fat free dressing - mid-day snack "Apple" - dinnertime another grilled chicken salad with lots of fresh veggies drizzled with fat free dressing and then your evening snack of no-sugar added fudgesicle bar with a 90 calorie fiber bar.
Now You Are Back On TRACK!!
