SUMMER IS HERE ~
Dieting is hard to do any way you decide to do it. The trick is sticking to it. When using this plan you will lose the weight but it will take determination to stick to it. "Will Power."
Consider this a new way of eating, a new lifestyle that you need to live by forever. You can track your intake or not ~ tracking holds me accountable and makes it a whole lot easier. Looking up the food online from your favorite restaurants is easy and convenient. Most restaurants or fast food chains have the nutrient information on their website. This just made dieting much easier for us all.
Just have to stay within your daily points or calories. Subway 6" turkey sub with lots of veggies a great lunch meal, as well as a grilled chicken salad with Balsamic vinegar dressing or lite dressing, even the Southwest grilled chicken salad at McDonald's with the Southwest dressing. There is a whole bunch of free foods you can eat too (free as they have very few calories or points) fresh fruit (apples, bananas, oranges, pineapple, cherries, blueberries, grapes, strawberries, honeydew melon, watermelon, kiwifruit, lemon, peaches, plums, unsweetened applesauce, apricots, and many more) - fresh raw veggies and most cooked (carrots, cucumbers, celery, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, asparagus, green beans, yellow beans, beets, brussel sprouts, cabbage, button mushrooms, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, chives, chopped greens, coleslaw mix without added dressings, collards, cowpeas, eggplant, garlic, okra, onions, snow peas, bell peppers, sweet peppers, zucchini, and many more) just remember you must not add any fattening ingredients such as butter.
