I WANT TO SHARE "MY DIET" WITH YOU!
Back in January 3, 2011 to October 2011 I lost 45 pounds and I did not do one stitch of exercise while doing it either. I just watched what I ate. I intended to lose down to 128 - which did manage to get down to a steady 125-128! I wanted to stabilize my weight between 125 and 130 with the intention of not getting over 130 ever again. And it all came true!
ALWAYS consider it a new way of eating lifestyle instead of dieting!
"With my weight loss and age factor (older than 60) I believe that I might need to exercise. Bummer!! – I have to see if I can make up my mind to tell my body to do it. Ha! my treadmill still works pretty good.....so I guess that I can walk on it a bit to help speed up the results."
HERE'S MY DIET PLAN:
There are a few things that you must do before you start dieting:
DO NOT EAT ANY OF THIS UNTIL YOU LOSE THE DESIRED AMOUNT OF WEIGHT YOU WANT TO LOSE AND WHEN YOU GET TO THAT POINT YOU CAN EAT ANYTHING YOU WANT BUT FOR ONE MEAL ONLY ONCE A WEEK UNTIL YOU ARE COMFORTABLE IN YOUR OWN SKIN:
NOW THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EAT
Are you ready to start? It doesn’t take long to lose; the results are fast and steady.
Well let's get started! You just have to be determined to do it!!
MY USUAL MENU FOR THE DAY:
Morning Breakfast: 1 banana and 1 container of Yogurt (Fat Free Boston Cream Pie) 1 (16oz) bottle water.
Mid morning snack allowed (fruit).
Lunch: Grilled Chicken salad from wherever you want to go or make it at home and bring it to work if you like. Ingredients could be as such: lettuce, spinach, bell pepper (red, yellow, orange), tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, and cucumbers any raw veggies. If you have to eat out; Jack in the Box, McDonalds even Wendy's have great grilled chicken salads and they have a lite Ranch dressing available. Diet Coke or Diet Dr. Pepper. Yummy!
Mid-Day Snack: Apple or any other fruit (nothing dairy at this time).
Dinner: Another Grilled Chicken salad (like above) usually I make this one at home – Diet Coke or Unsweet Tea.
Night-time Snack: Fiber One bar (90 calories) and one Sweet Freedom fudge bars (35 calories) - Wait until you are close to your ideal weight before including the ice cream bars .
Water through-out the day.
Good luck! If I can do YOU can!!
I love wearing my skinny jeans! - sounds like a commercial……. Stephanie

HERE'S MY DIET PLAN:
There are a few things that you must do before you start dieting:
- Make up your mind that you want to do something about your weight.
- Check with your doctor to be sure that you are otherwise healthy before starting.
- Stick to it for more than one day – every day you that you make through a day is Great – but remember in order to lose you MUST STICK to a PLAN until you have lost your desired amount.
- Stick to this diet and DON’T deviate one bit (if you have to – eat the same thing every day – I did that before and it worked so I'll do it again and again and again.....makes it easy to change your eating lifestyle).
- Buy the groceries that you need and throw out the bad stuff.
- Bread/crackers/chips. (NO DON'T EAT)
- Candy (you can chew sugarless gum or eat sugar-free lifesavers but limit yourself) NO SUGAR-FREE CANDY.
- Cookies - not even diet cookies (sugar-free).
- Ice Cream (not any kind right now) when you get close to your weight loss goal then you can eat ~ Sweet Freedom fudge bars (35 calories a bar) or Fudgesicles (40 calories each bar).
- Red meat (NONE WHATSOEVER) - only eat chicken, fish or turkey - broiled or baked even grilled blackened is wonderful!
- Potatoes, macaroni, corn or any type of staple. (Remember if it's not green it's not allowed.)
- Beans (Green beans are the only okay bean to eat).
- Pizza (You must be Kidding me or yourself).
- Cheese (Fat Free is okay any other is NOT).
- Fried Foods (Never eat this again!).
NOW THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EAT
- Salads and lots of them.
- Fresh Veggies or steam veggies (carrots, broccoli, squash, lettuce, spinach) any of these without sauce or butter.
- Fat Free Cheese.
- Fat Free Yo-plait Light Yogurt.
- 90 Calorie Fiber One bar (Great new chocolate brownies out now!).
- Fruits (includes bananas) Apples are a great everyday snack (really a must eat fruit for the first few months).
- Lite Salad Dressing – Any flavor you like (I love the Ken's Honey Mustard lite - buy it at Walmart).
- Lean Cuisines Dinner for supper.
- Diet drinks.
- Water.
- Tea – unsweetened or sweetened with Sweet and Low (sugar twin, delight or whatever JUST NOT REAL SUGAR)~try drinking without any sweetner. You can acquire a taste for it. My favorite is Black Current Tea from Jason's Deli ~ it's so yummy good!
